Passenger Counts |
The Passenger Counts screen enables you to record the number of passengers, bikes, disabled persons, and standees for all recorded trips for a route for a day without having to access each trip record. The information entered on this screen displays on the Stops tab of the Data -> Operations -> Trips screen.
To use the Passenger Counts screen, use the filter to access a selected route and date (or dates). For each train in the grid, enter the number of passengers, bikes, disabled persons, and standees.
The fields in the top section of this tab are display only.
Route
Identifier of the route. The route's description displays in the unlabeled field to the right.
Date
The trip date for which you want to record passenger count.
The screen group in the bottom section of the tab enables you to provide details about the passenger list for a specified trip. Information updates made on this screen are reflected on the Stops tab of the Data -> Operations -> Trips screen.
Schedule ID
Identifier of the schedule. This field is display only.
Description
Descriptive name for the schedule. This field is display only.
Passengers
Total number of passengers on the trip. The maximum field length is six characters.
Bicycles
Total number of bicycles on the trip. The maximum field length is six characters.
Disabled
Total number of disabled persons on the trip. The maximum field length is six characters.
Standees
Total number of standees (people who are standing) on the trip. The maximum field length is six characters.
