Overview - Personal View

The Personal View pane enables you to customize the software for quick access to screens that you use regularly. It is a floating pane of folders, shortcuts, screens, and files you use frequently. You can show or hide the floating personal view pane and move it anywhere on the screen.

From the View menu, select Personal View. A check next to the toolbar indicates it is active. To hide the Personal View pane, remove the check (ü) by clicking on it, or click the X button in the pane's upper-right corner.

To view previously-defined shortcuts or screens inside the folders of the Personal View pane, click the + (plus sign) to the left of the folder name.

The Personal View menu provides access to the following screens and options:

Setup

Define the appearance of the Personal View pane and specify whether it displays automatically when you log on to the system

Save

Save your preferences

Revert to Last

Reinstate the last version of the Personal View pane

Refresh from Saved

Update the Personal View pane using the last saved version
