Setup and Save

The Setup and Save screens for the Personal View pane enable you to define its appearance and view existing preferences. To specify that the Personal View pane display automatically when you log on to the software, place a check in the Display on startup checkbox.

The software displays previously defined folders for shortcuts in the Personal View column of the Personal View -> Setup screen. To view previously defined shortcuts inside the folders, click the + (plus sign) to the left of the folder name.

To see shortcut items included in a folder, select the folder name. The shortcuts display in the Selected Items column.

To remove shortcuts from the Personal View pane

Step 1.  To remove one shortcut, select the shortcut in the Selected Items column and click Remove <<.

To remove all the shortcuts in a folder, select the folder and click Remove All<<.

The software removes the shortcuts and/or folders.

Step 2.  To close the Personal View Setup screen, click OK.

Step 3.  From the Preferences menu, select Personal View, and then select Save.

• Note: You must select Save if you want to remove the shortcut and/or folders permanently.
