How to save a report


You can use the Manage tab of the Queries/Reports -> Query/Report Generator screen to save queries and reports. After you change a query or report, you must save it in order to run it. If you do not save the changes, the report runs as it was last saved under the report name.

To save a new report

After you design the report, type the name of the report in the Report name field and click the Save Report button.

To save changes to an existing report

After you design the report, click the Save Report button.

To save changes to an existing report under a new name (and retain the previous version)

After you design the report, type the new name for the report in the Report name field and click the Save Report button.
