The Output Control tab enables you to print shop scheduling work orders.
Tip: To limit the display of information in the grid and maximize performance, use the filter. You can sort on run ID, location ID, run description, and start/end date and time.
The field in the top section of this tab defines the data that the software displays.
Run ID
Numerical identifier that the system assigns to each upload. This field has a list box. The run description displays to the right of the ID.
Data in the fields in the bottom section of this tab display information about the printer and output destination.
Printer ID
Identifier of the printer to which to print the work orders. This field has a list box. If you do not specify a printer ID, work orders will print to the default printer for shop scheduling specified on the Printer Info tab of the Data -> Setup -> Organization Structure -> Locations -> Primary Information screen.
Output destination
Output destination associated with the printer in the Printer ID field. This field auto-populates after you specify the printer ID. This field is display only.
Output destinations are associated with printer IDs on the System Mgmt -> Setup -> Printers -> Printer Devices/Queues screen.
