Attributes

This tab allows you to define or manage attributes for a service request.

Detail View Header

The fields in the top section of this tab default from the Basic Info tab. They are read only.

Date and time entered

Date and time the service request was created.

Entered by

Identifier of the person who entered the service request.

Delete

Check this box and click Save to delete the specified row.

Name

Choice-list where the attribute can be selected. This list will only show service request attributes and only those with matching asset category configurations for the service request.

Attribute ID

A read only field that is filled once a name is selected.

Text Value

Must be defined if input type of attribute is TEXT and "Always require input" is checked. This value will default if a default text value is defined on the attribute.

Numeric Value

Must be defined if input type of attribute is NUMERIC and "Always require input" is checked. This value will default if a default numeric value is defined on the attribute.

Date and Time Value

Must be defined if input type of attribute is DATE and "Always require input" is checked.

Comments

This will automatically populate if a default comment is set on the attribute.
