Trips |
If you have the Operations module installed, you can use the Trips screen to record details such as train number and date, actual arrival and departure times and stops, status, equipment used, crews, and passenger count. Mid-day swaps are also recorded on this screen. RailFocus will fill in the swap for all trips down the cycle.

Information about the trip, including effective and discontinuation dates, route ID, and inbound/outbound designation
Comments about the trip, such as extra trip information
Record the total capacity for the consist that ran the trip and the capacity of each equipment unit in the consist
Review and record details about schedules
Information about the stops associated with a schedule, such as distance, departure/destination dates and times, and stop ID
Assign crews to schedules
Track fare evasion counts for trips
Date and time the initial record was input as well as the ID of the user who performed the action. Also displays the date and time the record was last modified and the ID of the user who performed the action
