Work Projects

Work projects are containers for work-related items, such as service requests and work orders. Information pertaining to resources required, employee assignments, and tasks are stored on the work order and/or service request. Work projects are composed of tasks, and tasks can be dependent on other tasks or be performed in parallel. (Note: These are project tasks, not work order tasks.) Projects have a timeline based on their tasks.

The Work Projects screen enables you to create a work project with a specific goal, or set of goals, and define the work by adding tasks to the project.
